Job Description
We are seeking a Webinar & Analytics Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing aspects of webinar operations including data management and analysis. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and administrate all aspects of our webinars using online event software.
• Manage the end-to-end production process for assigned webinars, ensuring seamless execution from pre-recording to live broadcast.
• Develop your understanding of the needs and motivators of our target audiences and clients.
• Production and administration of live webinars which on occasion take place during American Pacific AM time. This will necessitate working out of standard UK office hours.
• Handle inquiries and communications related to webinars from clients, attendees and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including eMarketing and sales, to execute webinar communication plans and promotional activities.
• Liaise with clients throughout the webinar process to ensure materials and deadline dates are communicated effectively.
• Post-webinar, obtain feedback from the client to establish any areas for improvement.
• Edit pre-recorded content to ensure a polished and cohesive final product using video editing software.
• Oversee the management of statistics and data analysis for all webinars.
• Utilise advanced statistical techniques to meticulously manage statistics for all webinars, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection for clients.
• Employ sophisticated analytical tools and methodologies to track and analyse webinar data, identifying key trends and patterns.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate webinar performance against established industry benchmarks, providing valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing future webinar effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the webinar team lead to develop and implement data-driven strategies aimed at meeting internal KPIs and achieving performance targets.
Required Skills:
• Previous experience in webinar operations or event coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Technically adept, very comfortable with learning and using new software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team or with minimal supervision.
• Outgoing, comfortable on the phone talking to a broad range of people including clients, laboratory professionals and key opinion leaders.
